11months out

I had my gastric sleeve done August 28, 2017. All the new people keep at it it’s worth it every bit of the bumps and stalls. My start weight was 294 pounds. I now weigh 178 lbs. and still losing slowly about a pound or two a month. Feel better than I have since high school able to do any type of exercise and activity I wish. Went from a jean size of 40 to size 30.
