Just had my gastric bypass surgery this Monday too and my incision on my far right hand side hurts more than the others.. still no appetite but easier to drink water

I also find that cold fluid are more soothing. Did try warm broth but was very uncomfortable and a bit of sensitivity on my tummy

Yeah, I took on some broth on day three a little hotter than the hospital and it resembled heartburn. I put it down to sensitivivity post op. Remember it's all swollen, inflamed and raw in there rig

I just had my bypass surgery on Monday this week. I’ve been doing good but have been having pain at my incision sites. I have six of them. One hurts really bad and the doctor said it’s where he had to scrape my band out. I also had my gallbladder removed. I ate broth in the hospital and was fine. I just tried to drink some more and it was hotter than the hospital. I had the worst heartburn feeling. It really hurt. I’ve not had heartburn before. Has anyone experienced this?
