Salads

According to my Dr I can now eat salads. I love to take a variety of raw vegitables and chop them up and put them in a bowel with Balsomic dressing. I really enjoy broccoli and cauliflower.

Balsamic is great, check out the dressings made from yogurt, they are quite tasty! They are usually found with the health food stuff or vegan stuff in the produce section of your grocer.

My surgery has really changed my diet. I notice that I am attracted to vegetables, black beans, salads, lentils, split pease, barley, black eyed peas, and pinto beans. I have lost my taste for eggs.
