Hello from Bariatric Learning Center

Hello everyone.

I just joined the forum and wanted to introduce myself. I manage the Bariatric Learning Center, which is one of the few independent / unbiased resource websites pertaining to weight loss surgery.

We publish a lot of surgery success stories, as well as the horror stories. The entire purpose of our site is to provide both sides of the story, the good and bad, so that potential patients can make a more informed decision about weight loss surgery (whether that be lap band, gastric bypass or whatever).

I wanted to join this forum just to get a better understanding of weight loss surgery in general, but particularly how it affects people -- for better and worse.

Anyhoo ... that's me in a nutshell. :clap2:
