I suffer from the diarrhea type IBS and first problem is it seems as though protein powder is causing more issues with my IBS does anyone else have this problem?

The other question is , what has other people's experience been who have the same issue with IBS diarrhea as I do after getting the sleeve?

You can try some of the higher end proteins or plant based to see if that helps your symptoms. Not all protein powders are created equal! The higher quality ones can be worth it if you have issues. Worth checking into at the very least.

What ARE the higher end protein powders? Do you have the names? I can't know which are better than the rest.

I have the same problem and my Doc said it is safe to use Immodium

Gold Standard, Muscle Milk, Isopure, Synthia-6... there are quite a few, google "Best protein of 2018" and you'll get list upon list of things to review.
