I know that not every successful bandster counted calories/cut out carbs (thank goodness!) but they did all seem to have developed the habit for exercise, so that is absolutely essential.

I know you meant no offense, but I want to gently point out that OCD is an actual mental illness that some of us live (and struggle) with.
