Anyone wanna excercise

Hey anyone live in the San Diego area , I’m looking for work out group or a walking group , surgery date rapidly approaching and I have started a work out routine , but it gets kinda lonely , plus I need someone to kick me in my butt and say “let’s go work out” !!
