Pre Op liquid diet is horrible. My taste buds have changed but drinking these protein shakes is taking a toll. I swear I can now taste and smell the chemicals.

I am so trying to keep my eye on the prize. I have had to restart over again because yes, I ate some food..

but weight loss is happening.
