Can you see the difference?

Can you tell the difference? I’m struggling to see a change. The picture on the left is from March 2018 and the picture on the right is from today. It’s a 25lb difference and I still can’t see the difference. I’m also in a stall right now, I had surgery on May 3rd and I still can’t work out due to my open incision from my infection that still hasn’t completely closed yet so I’m in a funk so I’ve been depressed lately.

Of course I can see a difference! And I’m not surprised you can’t. Our brains are THE WORST to us! Trust me...it’s happening. You’re making progress!

Thank you, i appreciate the encouraging words. I sometimes need to hear from other people to keep pushing forward. I’ve wanted this for so long and I want to make sure I don’t fail.
I can see a difference! Looking good! Especially your face and arms. People started noticing my weight loss just now-I’m done 43 lbs (21 presurgery and 23 after). I think people don’t look at our bodies that closely. For me, I look at myself so judgementally and negatively that it’s hard to be positive about myself. I’m working on it.

I can see a definite difference in your tummy and hips!! Keep up the good work!!

There is definitely a difference, but please, do not be discouraged. I had almost ZERO people comment on my weight loss till I hit EXACTLY the 3 month mark, then everyone was suddenly like "Oh you look like you've lost some weight", like, everyone said it to me on the same weekend hahaha. It took them almost 45 pounds to notice :) Just keep on keeping on and I promise it'll happen.
