So I am 4 almost 5 months post op. I’ve been extremely depressed this month and ended up putting 5lbs back on, I did manage to lose the regain. But my weight loss has extremely slowed/stopped. I feel extremely hungry ALL the time! I feel like I have no restriction. Also I’ve been eating junk food with no problems. I know a lot has to do with my mind and willpower, but I’m worried I will never get back on track and that I will never get my mind right. I’m worried my sleeve is broken. Am I just addicted to food?! Has this happened to anyone else? I could really use some advice. Thanks for taking the time to read this post and thanks for the help!
yes, I’m still working out....barely, but I go at least once a week.
