Weight loss after surgery

I’m three weeks post op almost 4 and really haven’t lost any weight I’m walking every day and getting protein in like I’m kinda getting discouraged here seeing that I went through a lot just to have the surgery ughhhhh frustrated isn’t even the word!!!!

It'll happen for you. You're probably still bloated from the IV fluids they gave you in the hospital. It's happened to 99% of us.
Everyone loses at their own pace be patient and don't get too discouraged. Trust me it will start dropping off in no time just keep doing what you're doing and stick to your plan.

The three week stall is very common. Hang in there!

long as you are getting in your water and protein for the most part, you will break that stall. Hang in there girl. Stick to what your dr told you to do.

are you tracking your daily calories and macros? so soon post op you are probably still keeping calories low provided you're not eating sugary liquids? Fingers crossed it's start moving for you shortly.
