Pain after Vitamins
I'm back to using my tespo machine for now. I'll stick with the liquid vs the pills. The pain is not something I want to feel again. Sw 278 Cw 179 Gw 150 Sleeved 10/26/2018

OCTOBER SLEEVERS CHECK IN HERE
Sleeved 10/26/17 and feeling great 100 lbs gone forever. I've got zero regrets I wish I'd have done this years ago. I've recently had issues taking vitamins in pill form. It seems my tummy don't like them at all. The pain has been excruciating other than that I've had zero complications. This thread is great you're all a true inspiration. Rock on October Sleeves you all look amazing!! Sw 278 Cw 179 Gw 150 Sleeved 10/26/2018

Pain after Vitamins
7 months out and I have been taking my vitamins in pill form vs chewable for about 4 weeks now. Three days ago I was in agony. I thought it was something I ate or drank. Last night I took my vitamins and it started again. Seems ill have to go back to chewable. Has this happened to anyone else? The pain was horrible! Sw 278 Cw 179 Gw 150 Sleeved 10/26/2018

Weight loss after surgery
It'll happen for you. You're probably still bloated from the IV fluids they gave you in the hospital. It's happened to 99% of us. Everyone loses at their own pace be patient and don't get too discouraged. Trust me it will start dropping off in no time just keep doing what you're doing and stick to your plan.

Chocolate muscle milk
They have it in Chocolate, Vanilla and Caramel. I've only tried the chocolate but for under six bucks it's not bad. Just wanted to tell you when you do see it grab what you can because they don't seem to last long on the shelves! I also get the Premier Protien bars peanut butter chocolate ones. They're great 30 grams of protein and they help my calorie intake. I'm just under 7 months out and when I'm calorie deficient I get a little weak hear and there so they're a great add. Genepro from GNC also helps on the days I'm sick of pre-made drinks. It can be added to anything. It's flavorless and I've used it in broths and other things.

Chocolate muscle milk
Walmart now has an Equate brand available it's less than 6.00 and 30 grams per drink. It's not too bad

Has anyone tried the Tespo vitamin system?
It's great but after surgery I hated the taste. Going to start using it again this upcoming month. It's 48$ for the women's complete bariatric. It don't taste bad it was just my taste buds being off the wall after surgery and the thought of more liquid I couldn't handle.

Non Scale Victories
I'm soon to be in the same boat. Totally unsupportive alcoholic husband that doesn't want to change is on his way out the door. I don't know how I'm going to make it with one fixed income but I'll soon find out. FYI it's okay to feel sorry for yourself once in a while. This is a rough journey nevermind the journey + life woes. Best of luck to you [emoji106]

Non Scale Victories
NSV fitting into a size medium shirt from a 2x or 3x. Fitting into a size 12/14 pants from 24 and 2x Sitting in a chair and taking up 1/2 of it vs hanging off the edge Not having to worry if a chair will support me Flying comfortably with room in my seat and having to tighten the seat belt because it's now big *Best NSV of all is the hugs from my grand babies now that they can put their arms around me.. Little things!
