Side pain

Sleeved 4-17-18

2 days ago I was bending over to spray paint somen plant pots and omg the left side incision hurt so badly!!! It's still painful to bend and am having to use my teacher to grab things. My dr. Said my upper torso counts towards my lifting restrictions (interesting).

Anyone go through this and how long until it felt better?
