Struggling

Hi everyone..I had my band in 2012 and I initially lost 5 stone, but I’ve started being silly with it now and the weights creeping on. I need a kick up the bum tbh as I’m eating rubbish. Need some motivation!! Also, this is a very random question, but does anyone who’s had weight loss surgery had problems with their elbows and arms?? On the odd occasion I’ve made myself sick, I’ve had shoulder pain, but now it’s moved, I’m having investigations atm, but wondering if it could be gastric??

How big a kick are you looking for? Mule kick (really thick hide) or kitten kick?(tends to be touchy) I'm sure we've got someone with just the right touch!
