Im 14 days out, I’m concerned that I’m eating too much... this is what my regular day looks like.
7am vitamins
8am premier shake
9 am water bottle (yes I can drink the whole water bottle, small sips every 5-10 minutes)
10:30 purée food (retried beans)
11:30 fat free jello
1:pm water bottle
1:30 re fried beans 1/3 cup ( is that a lot??)
2:30 fat free jello
3:00pm water bottle
5 pm refríes beans 1/3 cup again
6 pm water bottle
I Usually get hungry again in two hours and I will either get a little more beans or drink half a premier shake.
Someone tell me this is normal I’m worried it’s a lot and too soon. But water goes down perfectly fine, so do my beans I feel normal and I’m only 14 days out.. 1/3 cup or a bit less is what I can eat as a meal and that’s it.. sometimes it’s a lot less... help
