Can you swallow pills yet? That might be easier.

When you can swallow pills, I've started taking a new bariatric vitamin recently. It's got a fair amount of Iron in it at 45 mg

I have a call in to ask my doc. I sure hope so because I’m gagging on them. I have tried three different brands/flavors. And you know how expensive they are! Hopefully he will let me.

Have you tried vitamin gummies for adults? I cannot stand the chalky texture of most chewables but gummies work for me!

I am trying the capsule version of that product. The chewable makes me sneeze and sometimes get sick!
