Food funerals

So I was approved for surgery April 10th with a surgery date of May 31st... I’ve noticed that I’ve been having food funerals since then...[emoji30] has anyone else had this problem? How did you all over come this stage? All advice is welcome

Everyone has such great advice and encouraging words, thanks y’all!... even tho I think my “food funerals” were just cravings due to shark week(I usually fight those urges much better than I did last week) your encouraging words and advice has really motivated me to get my act together before surgery next month
