Good tracking spp

Hello everyone,

I will have my sleeve surgery on April 23th. I would like to start to track what I am eating already. I downloaded a few food tracking apis but don’t really like any of them. I would like to have something that is easy and not super fancy with story about my weight loss etc. What do you guys use?
