Stalling a week out?

Hi I had surgery last Monday, 3/19 and have lost 11 pounds so far I did everything right yesterday. 89 g protein (protein shakes, mostly), 605 cals, 34 net carbs, 5 sugar (watered down Gatorade, per surgeon), 30 min on the treadmill with my heart rate at about120. My surgeon has us on full liquids after day 2.

My guess is I just need to be patient, but does anyone see any room for improvement? Perhaps getting the carbs down?

thanks

Room for improvement: Stop obsessing:)

11 pounds in a week? You're on track. Only thing you need yo worry about at this stage is protein and fluids. Keep it up and don't worry!
