I bought the tespo, I originally used patches, surgeon is making me buy his recommendation too and I still don’t know what the heck I actually want to do post op.

I need the easiest regimen. What is yours? Picture of products, how much you spend monthly, and the schedule you take them on..

Also have synthroid to add in too and I think that is what’s stressing me out because I’ll prob have to take that in the middle of the night considering that can’t be taken with any form of iron or calcium.

My surgeon recommends Bariatric Advantage, Celebrate or NutraMetrix Isotonix. I chose the NutraMetrix line, which I drink first thing in the morning. The drink consists of 8 ounces of water, one capful of a multivitamin and 3 capfuls of calcium. I also take a generic B1 vitamin 3 days a week.

I did ask about Tespo, but it wasn't approved simple because they didn't have enough personal evidence to support a recommendation. It is worth noting that my surgeon is extremely conservative (e.g., clear liquids for a week after surgery, etc).

What’s your schedule with the 3 of calcium? Since it needs to be spread out by 500 at a time and not with the multi?

With Isotonix, you can take them all at once, and together. That is the beauty of it.

I’ll have to ask about it, that doesn’t sound right.

LOL, yes, it is unusual. This is where I just trust my surgeon, PLUS he tests regularly.
