And I tried the mixed pack of soup - fantastic, my favourite way to get protein. Just mix with not-boiling-water, so you don’t curdle the protein.

I ordered the Patch MD vitamins. I love them. I bought the multi, B12, and Vitamin D/Calcium. I just slap them on my love handles and head to work. I hate taking pills and this is just easier for me. I have my follow up lab work in 2 weeks so I'll see if they're really working. They're not super sticky, so sometimes a corner will flap up. I hold them down for several seconds before I put my shirt on.

Thanks for the feed back hope all is well with your journey please let me know if the patchs are working after your follow up

Wow! Thanks for the info. I had no idea there was iron patches. I have been anemic all my life. I have a lot of trouble taking iron pills because they tear up my stomach and cause severe constipation. These patches are great. No stomach problems and no worrying they are messing with my other meds.
