4 years post op

Hello everyone. My story, I started off at 310 lbs and I was sleeved in 2014. I got down to 175 lbs where I looked awesome over the years I’ve gained some weight back I am now at 210 again [emoji22][emoji22][emoji22]. I’m getting back on track and I am now today doing one day of clear liquid to give me a little jumpstart. And tomorrow going back to phase 4 and doing 60-80 grams of protein and veggies. I am so sad because I looked so great I felt good people were floored at my transformation. And I am feeling down. But I decided to get back on track if I could do that 2 week liquid diet at 310lbs I can do anything! I’m gonna post before and after pics so u guys can see. Any advice or words of wisdom?????Image1520877149.152122.jpg

@Erica517 Hi Erica. Sorry about the previous post. I pushed the wrong buttons. You look stunning in your photos and I’m pretty sure you probably still do. Although it may a bit embarrassing to gain some weight back and look a little different than you did at your lowest weight, you have so much to be proud of. You’ve kept off a lot of weight since 2014. That’s success! And, you’re right, you lost so much before, you’ll be able to lose the 35 lbs. you want to lose now.

You know just what to do. You’ll be there before you know it. ?
