I'm just watching the 3rd episode right now. I must say I don't understand how this is a last resort for people. If this breakfast of KFC sandwiches is you trying everything to lose weight, what the hell were they doing before.
I've had rny in January and my biggest complaint about the program I'm in is that it's for people who have never really done anything but fad diets. I changed my life about 8 years ago. My diet is better than most thin people, I am a triathlete, yet I'm 100lbs over weight. When I ask questions about fueling for races, my dietician and surgeon don't give specific answers.
I guess my point is, these people haven't tried everything. Having chocolate hidden around your house isn't trying.
