I had my post op visit on 2/22/18 and everything went really well.
I am down -19lbs since my surgery on 2/12/18. [emoji6]
My doctor said to focus on hydration and exercise. [emoji108]
I am happy with those results and trying to push myself into a healthier mentality. Like getting up to exercise, drinking water everywhere I go, getting to bed at a decent time, resisting the foods that got me here, etc. I really want a Philly Cheesesteak.[emoji31] [emoji23]
