Discouraged

I feel like I am taking in very little calories but in almost 2 weeks I have only lost 7 pounds! Is this normal? On track? Most people seem like they are loosing more?

Two weeks out....give it time. Comparing your weight loss with others will make you a bit crazy..lol It's normal to hear that people are disappointed at their rate of weight loss. It's not a race

You have a fantastic mind set on making the most out of your surgery. It's a learning process on how to fuel your body and change behaviors. You got this!

It's normal to hear that people are disappointed at their rate of weight loss. It's not a race. We all lose at different rates.

:D You are going to look back after a year out and realize how fast your weight loss actually was.

That's really good weight loss! If I hit 3 lbs a week I'm super happy. You're doing great!
