Need a little Pick Me Up

Okay, last week was great.. each day the scale was going down..

I lost 4.5lbs total over the week.

This week is a DIFFERENT story. I'm stuck... the scale has not moved at all!! :(

Is this normal?

Don't worry, sometimes I'll go two weeks with no movement at all and then all of the sudden I'll drop five pounds in a couple days.

Don't weigh yourself that often. My MD says weighing yourself more than 1x per week if pointless. Female body weight can shift 4 pounds per day as it goes through Fluid shift cycles. So, be kind to yourself, weigh yourself 1x per week and see what happens. I have a friend that used to weigh herself daily. It become an obsession. Use how you feel as an indicator not some possibly scewed number on a scale.

Also, it seems like you are doing great. Don't worry about a thing.;)

Yes, if you lose a lot in one week it is quite common for it to slow down. If you don't lose in the next 2 weeks you may consider a fill. Good luck.

I agree that you shouldn't weigh yourself more than once a week. You'll drive yourself crazy! If you know you are eating right, you will keep losing so...

back away from the scale! :hungry:

Be excited that it DIDN'T move...

See, it didn't move up either!!!

Actually I don't officially weigh until wednesday but after losing 3-4 lbs for the past two weeks I already know that i haven't lost any this week. I think it happens - my clothing feels looser today!
