Stage 3 foods

So I was sleeved 11 days ago, and my doctor just moved me to stage 3 foods, I'm still in alot of pain but I'm making process. But j am so afaird to eat cause I dnt want it to hurt my stomach which I tried a few things and it did. I eat 1 scamabled egg which it hurt the whole time but it didn't feel stuck it just hurt as it hit my stomach. What foods did you all eat?? Im supposed to eat 3 meals but I'm too scared to eat.and plus my stomach still very much is sore. Idk I'm just not feeling to promising right now.

    Maybe talk to your Dr and let them know you don’t feel ready for solids. I would listen to your body! If you need to, just stick with liquids a bit longer until your stomach is feeling better!
