Two Difficult Days of Head Hunger

I’m 6 and a half months out and I’ve been head hungry almost non-stop for two days. I’ve mostly been able to stick to dense proteins but the head hunger won’t stop! Any tips? This is the first time this has happened since a few weeks post-op and all I want to do is eat all the things. ALL. THE. THINGS.

Try munching on high-volume-to-calorie ratio foods. Two of my favorites are skinny pop popcorn and beef Jerky. The former gives me crunch, Fiber and volume with relatively low calories compared to most snack foods. The latter gives me a hard chew, which can trick my brain, as well as high Protein and low calories.

Have you considered cocaine?

If I only would have turned to cocaine sooner I could have avoided the whole weight problem in the first place!

Also, drink your stomach full of some Powerade Zero.

This is a great idea. I definitely find that when my fluid consumption is up my hunger, whether real or perceived, is down.
