Phase 4 weight loss stopped/

Just over 3 weeks out and the weight loss has stopped after 20 pounds. I eat like a chicken. I can eat 6-8 oz. of soft food. 10-15 oz of liquid. Keeping up with protein intake and H2o. Barely. But why has the weight loss stopped? It's been 4-5 days maybe more and still maintaining the same. actually gained a couple. ??? WTH? is this it?

Calm down...it's the '3 week stall' - just put that in the search box. I have been stalled for a month with no scale movement - losing inches and clothing sizes - but not #s. I admit to being pissed about it, but figure it is part of the process. You digestion is adjusting, as well as your body, and you are still in the early stages of healing internally too.

6-8 ounces of protein at one sitting? Or the whole day?

6-8 OZ of soft food. in one setting. ( 10-15 minutes ) . And 10=16 Oz. fluid in 10-15 minutes. ( Shake )

Added note. Something new I've noticed. Stools are light colored now. like a light yellowish tan. ?/ My diet has been mostly egg quiche with cheese and ham and greens added. I.5 sm muffin sized quiche muffins is all I can eat when I feel it backing up or whatever it's doing . .
