where to go private help

hi i am from dorset in england i am looking to get a band fitted but my doctors said the wait is very very long cut backs on nhs so i thought i would spend my savings and go private but i do not know where to start there are so many out there wanting your money and offering you the world my bmi is 42 and i am so down and out i think this is my only hope now .please if anyone out there can advise me please do as i am feeling very lost and scared i have heard so much on the net about not going to belguim to have it done because of healthrisks and mrsi etc i would prefer to get it done in england and have all the aftercare to so please if you feel you can help please feel free to mail me
