??? too tight???

I was banded 8/31/07 and had my first fill today. removed 1.5cc from band and filled with 3cc(10cc band). I have been working on the same bottle of Fuze all day. It feels like it's going down too slow. No vomitting though. Is this what it's supposed to feel like?:rolleyes

Yes with good restriction it can take up to 5 seconds to go through the soma. This is normal for good restriction. If you can't hold down mushies I would be alarmed. Good luck.

One thing to keep in mind is not to get dehydrated. If you can't drink enough fluids, you may be heading for trouble and would contact your doctor to see what he says.

I actually found out for myself what was too tight! After my last fill I could not even get Water to go down.......horrible feeling.....came right back up! UGHHHH! Went back in after 30 minutes and got an unfill!

I've had fills before when things just seemed "slow".....then I lost weight and it got looser!

Good luck!

You may have some swelling just from the fill itself. This is why many doctors recommend liquids for 24 hours or more after a fill. If you have trouble with liquids, you may need to go back for a slight unfill.
