Week 2 diet confusion

I am in the middle of my second week and am on full liquids. I am confused about how to eat.

The first week was all about hydration. Sipping all day. With full liquids in second week, do I continue to sip the thicker liquids all day or treat them like a meal?

My doctor told me to work on getting the proteins in now. Split pea soup or a thinner protein shake can be very filling.

For now, do whatever you've gotta do to meet or exceed your daily protein goal.

A full liquid diet includes all liquids on the clear liquids list, as well as all liquids that aren't see-through (e.g. milk, shakes, puddings, yogurt, sorbet, cream soups, etc.).

I'm halfway into my second week as well. I barely take 4 half spoons of creamy soup or jello and get get that pain or rummbin feeling in my stomach. I been living on broth, ice pops, I started thinned less sugar oatmeal, yogurt and thinned creamy soups. No protein powder or shakes. I hope I'm doing this right!
