1 week post op??

So what is technically okay to start eating after surgery? I have no appetite for soups and protein shakes are decent I’ve done the jello but I want refried beans soooooo bad lol!!!! Help ideas!!!!????

Oatmeal or cream of wheat thinned with almond milk. Yogurt. Try a little refried beans and see how you tolerate them. I'm getting along with beans great...will be two weeks post op on Tuesday.

Thank you so much! I am gonna try the cream of wheat I never thought almond milk was gonna stick with water but I will try that . How exciting thank you again
