December 2017 Gastric Bypass!

I had surgery December 11th I was sleeved so I’m about six days post opp and I don’t feel discouraged if anything I’m just excited to get going and be in the swing of things. It’s totally okay with being nervous before your surgery trust me I was but the end results are gonna be so worth. -

I am also five days post op and I noticed that if u drink more water it helps to not want anything else I’ve definitely noticed that it’s a mind game that u have to play with yourself to get the hunger or want thoughts out. I did notice that eating a mint has helped

I had surgery dec 11th and I notice that sometimes my chest aches after eating but I’m thinking it’s got to do with the gas maybe but I drink water afterward. I’m on liquids and jello lol so hopefully itll ease up -

So what is technically okay to start eating after surgery? I have no appetite for soups and protein shakes are decent I’ve done the jello but I want refried beans soooooo bad lol!!!! Help ideas!!!!????

I had surgery dec 11th so about five days out and the only incision that aches is the main one. I have absolutely no appetite lol but for some reason I want refried beans lol!!! I licked a candy yesterday and felt totally defeated for doing it but I got on the scale this morning and seemed to have dropped more lbs it’s a mental thing I think -

I’m one week post op and smells don’t bother me, taste hasn’t bothered me but I’m trying to determine what will be good for me moving forward, I’ve watched tons of YouTube videos and read my manual front to back but I kinda feel like my stomach is strong enough to handle some things just in super small portions. -
