I am scheduled for surgery on 1/2/18. My boyfriend’s daughter had a sleeve done about 2 years ago and she suggested JBN to me.

By the way: I mix them with low-fat milk rather than water and I make sure the milk is very, very cold.

I would say I’m more excited than nervous. I had lost some weight on Belviq/Phentermine combo last year, but then it stopped working. I gave away all my size 18 clothes and now my 16’s are getting kind of tight. Only a little over 2 weeks to go. Can’t wait.
