I need advice!

I was sleeved on 11/20. Within my first week I lost 10 lbs but I haven’t lost anything since then! It’s very frustrating. All I do is drink water maybe a juice box 2 times a week. I eat 3 things but very little throughout the day. I have refried beans, egg drop soup, and mashed potatoes. I only eat twice a day and like 4 teaspoons. I workout everyday. I walk with my husband for a mile everyday. I don’t know what I’m doing wrong! It’s very frustrating! [emoji24]

Generally while in the hospital, individuals gain weight because they pump quite a bit of fluids into your body. This weight is generally lost within the first week home. The first few weeks after surgery, your body is in a major heal mode. Do not be too concerned about weight loss during that time.

Your healing. But is mash potatoes the best option this early ?

No. My doctor told me to have things like I’ve been eating. I wouldn’t have if he didn’t tell me otherwise.

Wow that’s how you know every doctor is different I had bypass but my sis in law had sleeve she needs to do one Month of liquid. I’m only two weeks. But the purpose is for the good healing and to pretty much introduce your new belly into food.
Also about mash potatoes NUT said is not good until 6 months cuz of the starch. I also didn’t see you mention how much protein shakes you drinking since you only eat twice, maybe that’s what’s missing.

The day I left the hospital my doctor told me to eat those kind of things. So it’s what I’ve been doing.

How do you meet protein goals only eating twice?
