  1. I suppose I haven’t been. I started drinking a protein shake! Thanks!
  2. The day I left the hospital my doctor told me to eat those kind of things. So it’s what I’ve been doing.
  3. I only eat when I get hungry. Before surgery I had a really bad eating addiction and I’m trying not to pick back up on those bad habits.
  4. No. My doctor told me to have things like I’ve been eating. I wouldn’t have if he didn’t tell me otherwise.
  5. Thank you. I really appreciate it.
  6. I was sleeved on 11/20. Within my first week I lost 10 lbs but I haven’t lost anything since then! It’s very frustrating. All I do is drink water maybe a juice box 2 times a week. I eat 3 things but very little throughout the day. I have refried beans, egg drop soup, and mashed potatoes. I only eat twice a day and like 4 teaspoons. I workout everyday. I walk with my husband for a mile everyday. I don’t know what I’m doing wrong! It’s very frustrating! [emoji24]
