3 weeks post op

We’ll journey started over a year ago with all the hoops for the insurance company and then the actually weight loss center.

Starting weight in Aug 2016 420 pounds

Had surgery Nov 6th 2017 358 pounds

3 weeks after surgery I am 340 pounds

So 18 pounds in 3 weeks and 80 pounds since process started.

I find it really hard to get all the fluid in I’m suppose to be around 64 oz a day but I’m lucky if I can drink 30 oz. and eating it hard some times I’m now on the soft foods for the next few weeks and struggling to eat as many times a day as suppose to.

A question I have is by not getting all the fluids and prob not all the protein I need am I hurting my weight loss or not ?

Any way trying to get to at least 250 have not weight that in 32 years.
