Electronic weight loss program recommendations?

Two things actually:

1. What apps can you recommend for tracking weight loss;

2. What apps can you recommend for a food diary.

Or is there one app that does both?

Thanks in advance.

    Myfitnesspal. I'm old school. It tracks food. Graph shows your progress. Helps meet and see if you hit your calorie and macronutrient goals (protien etc) Tracks your exercise including syncing fitbit,

  • I'm loving My Fitness Pal because it's low tech enough for me to understand and use it daily. I also like that once I got my food preferences loaded and hit Remember Meal, etc, I rarely have to input

  • I have only used MyFitnessPal for both food logging and and weight tracking. Very interested to hear what other apps are available though.

I use My Fitness Pal to track weight and food intake and also because it connects to Map My Walk and will sync my walks in the MFP app automatically. I love that feature!
