I am two weeks out from surgery and having back pain high on the left size. Has anyone else experienced this? What may cause this?

I am starting to get this too. I was told it was the gas. I also think it is from trying to stay straight and not slouch because if I do my bra rubs on my incision and it hurts. I think I am trying so hard not to hurt my stomach that I am putting stress on new areas. I hope this helps.
