Starting over

I'm officially having to start this process all over again come January. Yes it sucks and I'm a bit discouraged about it but being apart of this group helps me out it gives the motivation to keep going

    I am starting the process over as well. I was approved a year ago and did all of the things I needed to do minus losing 5% of my weight and because it’s been over a year I need to do it all again! I’m so bummed about my lack of discipline!!
