7 months post-sleeve

I am in need of someone who has been through it and overcome. I am arpund my 7 month mark and am in a funk. I'm not working out, eating right or taking my Vitamins. I'm just in a cycle I can't break and moving back to old habits. I don't know how to get motivated. I'm so tired all the time, i feel defeated. Please tell me there is hope?!?

If this is a self defeating cycle you can't break, you may want to consider counseling. I would hate to see you be malnourished and gain back all you have worked so hard for.

You are tired because you are not taki g your vitiams and eating properly.you can do this!!!! Call the hospital and make an appointment with a nutritionist. Also start walking, the exercise will help your moods.
