I’ve lost about 120 lbs. I️ feel awesome I️ can now walk in the shopping malls and keep up with the wife. Before I’d just find a chair and sit. I️ drive truck for a living and get exercise pretty much every day. I️ haul hay so that explains it. The sex is good and I️ feel like a million. I’m so glad I️ did this. My kids can’t believe how much I’ve shrunk. I’m wearing jeans with a 34 inch waist and there loose. Feels great. Will try to find some decent pics.
