  5. Brian B, how long ago did you have surgery? I'll tell you that my hope is that I will have the surgery and my tastebuds will crave more vegetables and less chocolate.
  6. Hi K_aane, I watched that documentary you recommended. It was good. I would definitely say that I'm a sugar addict. So far today I have eaten pretty clean. My worst part of the day is when I go home for dinner. I have this need to have my dinner and then eat something sweet regardless of the fact that I'm not hungry. I'm going to try to " white knuckle "it today and skip the sweets. Thanks!

  9. Hi, I have actually read that book. It was helpful to a point, maybe I should have another go st it.
  10. Thanks for the reply. I completely agree with you about obese people thinking about food more and thinking about eating. I will have to try your advice.
  11. Hi, I have been lurking in the forum for a while. So like many of you I'm in the process ( month 2 of 6 for Insurance pre qualification) of getting the sleeve. I want to try to set myself up for success by on the right path before I get the surgery. My ultimate down fall is my insatiable sweet tooth. Is anyone else working on this? Has anyone had success in beating this? KK
