Retried beans

Has anyone had refried beans at 2 weeks

They're not really my thing except as a component of various dishes, so I never had them then, but they were on my doc's first month menu. If they fit into whatever dietary progression that your doc uses, give it a try; our basic rule of thumb is to try new foods one at a time, testing for tolerance. If they work, fine; if not, try again in a couple of weeks.

I did at 2.5 weeks and was fine, it was on my list but take it very slow. Don't introduce too many different foods on consecutive days.

I had them at 2 weeks. Get the no fat ones at Whole Foods. You can add just a little cheddar cheese and enchilada sauce and/or hot sauce. They are very satisfying while still on the puréed diet.
