Sleeve pal

I am two weeks out since I had my sleeve. So I’m able to start puréed foods. I’m so nervous. I don’t know what to try or where to even begin. It’s all I can do to get the liquids in. I’m feeling a little bit of stress. I would like to find someone who’s around the same stages as me or a little further on that I could talk too. I just feel like I’m lost.

I'm 2 years out -- I can be of service if you need help or advice. These first stages are extremely taxing and disorienting because it's dramatically different than the way we used to live. I can also offer suggestions for additional support.
