Dehydration HELP :)

Hey guys!

I was sleeved 12/14/16. I'm almost a year out and I'm down over 120 pounds. I struggled with dehydration since day one, even till this day unfortunately I would feel sick every now and then due to not drinking enough water.

Believe it or not ALL WATER IS NOT THE SAME!

So if you are struggling with dehydration I hope this helps..

1-3 months I only drank gerber baby water. $1 for gallon at Walmart

Currently - Poland spring, Fiji and my new favorite CORE.

Core is expensive but it is worth it for those who are struggling with dehydration. Each bottle is 30oz and today I had 3 bottles... that is the first time ever since surgery I got that much liquid down in 24 hours.

Good luck to everyone I hope this helped whoever needs it
