Meal replacement help

Help... I'm 2/6 months into a weight loss surgery program. My doctor wants me to start replacing 1 to 2 meals a day with a protein shake. I'm struggling to find one with the specifics they told me about... What should I use? Any suggestions

Thanks. If it's good enough to make ice cream I'll have to try it.

Body fortress is another really good one. It's available at Wal-Mart & target that I've found.

No. 20 gm proteins

for true MEAL REPLACEMENT purposes (as opposed to straight protein powder), i highly recommend Primal Fuel:

loaded with vitamins and minerals, a few good carbs, MCT fats... it's a great whole-nutrition replacement for a balanced meal.
