Scale not moving but inches are talking

I have weighed in the same amount for over three weeks, I am now six weeks out. The weird thing is my clothes keep getting bigger on me. I stated with a size 20 and now I am in a size16 and even that's fitting me big anyone else going through.

I also what to mention I cant drink my required water which bums me out
