Same with me! My 4th nut is early December. Hoping to sleeve mid March. Did they put you in a diet or tell you to modify in any way yet? Mine hasn't. She's been pretty useless. Feels like she's just checking the box. I'm thinking about discussing it with her in Dec but not sure what she should be doing.
